  Ordering & Sales Policy


1.  All our orders must be paid for before posting or leaving our shop.

2.  Pre-order of special plants requires a 20% deposit.

3.  Freight shipping options/deliveries are with Australia Post

4.  Option between EXPRESS FREIGHT or NORMAL FREIGHT on Shipping  must be in the check out  at the website

5.  Wholesale/bulk rates available on some of our plants.

6. Cutoff date for Monday posting is 8am on the Monday, if it is to be posted the same week.

7. Please Note that the plant sizes will vary depending on season and each batch will have differences in the size and shape of the plants you will receive. We always make sure you are receiving healthy and quality plants. Some plants will arrive without leaves as they are in their dormant season(winter). It is up to you as the receiver to care and nurture the plants you have received.

8. Some plants are restricted, example Citrus can be posted in QLD only. We do not post any plants to WA & TAS. 

9. Please note all the packages have tracking included. 

10.  Prices and stock availability can change without notice.

12.  Any issues please contact us immediately and if possible, provide photos, so we can resolve any problems. 

13. Once plants leave our nursery, we are not responsible for loss or damages arising from improper care/neglect or freight damages, everything is packed well to ensure it arrives safely, after it leaves our nursery, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

14. Cancellation fee of $10 for any refunds of cancelled orders that have been already paid.

15. Replacement or refund is valid only 3 to 5 days of purchase/pick up once the plant died or unhealthy.
